The following document was supplied by Martyn Sherwood (Prism PD), I just turned it into HTML for my Web pages.

The largest multi 8 bit library in the UK. Prism PD had extremely humble beginings with just 1 Spectrum computer, processing orders via normal +2 BASIC (aaaagh!). But over the last 3-4 years we have picked up spare Spectrums, various copying utilties & progressed into a service second to non with a quick turnaround speed of 1-3 days, and we are known for our user friendliness!! We can now cater for 48K/128K/+2/2A/+3 users. Storage media catered for is on all popular formats: tape, +D 3.5, +3 3", microdrive cartridge. We hope in the near future to be able to support +D 5.25 disc format.
All disc orders are processed within 30 minutes on average (utilities/ games) and orders for demos within the hour. Tape orders - particularly demos, can take longer depending on the quantity required, but the average time taken is 1 hour 30 minutes, still a very quick turnaround! We request that all discs/tapes are sent in jiffy bags, but there is no need to wrap media in silver foil like some services suggest, as postal x-rays have NO effect on magnetic media.
Prism PD is also a member of the highly acclaimed and well known PSD (Professional Standards For Distribution), which we joined in April 94, that Amiga users will be aware of. As a member of this organisation, we must adhere to their regulations, which means no pornographic titles, and a service of a professional standard. As such, we are allowed to display the PSD logo. The PSD are in turn endorsed by Commodore UK.
Prism PD can assist with most enquiries thanks to a team of m/c and hardware experts. Just write in with a SAE and we will reply once we have the answer, or will put you in the right direction.
