Group Index (for those with seperate pages)

I have decided that instead of having to scroll through that rather large list of demo groups to find the ones with seperate pages I've written, I'll make an index to them here. Just cos I haven't written anything more about you than in the main group list, doesn't mean I don't like you, or that you are of poorer quality than the rest - indeed there are many groups who are not mentioned here which arguably deserve more than some. It is merely that usually, the program list is big enough and that you are known enough to me for me to be able to say something about them without quite so much chance of offending :-). The ordering is the same as in the main list.

Please note though, that the coders, although probably quite willing to swap new software, are NOT acting as PD libraries. You should not expect them to just send you all their software for nothing, and they don't usually take money either. Not that I've tried!
