Aim of the game

Zorro, the famous Mexican hero, sees the evil Colonel Garcia abducting a beautiful maiden. As he's a hero, it's up to him (and you) to rescue Garcia's captive...

Game play

ZORRO is basically an arcade adventure. The overall plan is to get to Garcia's jail and release the captive, but there are a number of tasks you'll need to complete first. The first of these is the recovery of her hankerchief, for some reason. You will need to collect several other objects in order to gain further objects until your ultimate goal is reached. The important items are easily identified - they flash until picked up (by simply walking over them) and are then automatically added to your inventory. Only one object can be picked up at a time. Having been collected, the objects can then be used as keys to solve puzzles and open doors.
