Aim of the game
Become a master of the ancient art of karate and reach the
exalted status of Tenth Dan - not an easy task...
Game play
You can play Fist in either one or two player mode,
against the computer or another human player. In one player mode,
the objective is as stated above; in two player mode, the winner
is determined by whoever scores the most after a set of four bouts.
As well as the match points for each strike (represented by the
yin-yang symbols), you will get a score value depending on the
complexity of a move - hence, a roundhouse will get more points than
a simple punch. The execution of the move will affect the match
points; a perfectly performed hit will get a full point, while a
poorly performed one gets half a point.

Now
One of the more famous Spectrum classics, Fist started a
beat-em-up craze which lead to many clones - Barbarian etc. However,
Fist itself remains one of the most playable Spectrum beat-em-ups.
