IRC-channels-mini-HOWTO?

IRC is often a convenient and very fast way of getting help about
Linux. I think there should be a list of all the Linux-related
channels somewhere. Do you think we should do this in a form of
another mini-HOWTO?  So far I have listed some channels I know of
at http://www.helsinki.fi/~rvaranka/Computer/Linux/IRC.shtml
